1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:
✅ It is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ A return request is made within  7 or 10 days from the delivery date.
✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods (e.g., pet food).
• Personal care products.
• Gift cards and downloadable items.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the product to the provided return address (return shipping costs may apply).
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [Insert Processing Time,  5-10 business days after the return is approved.
🔹 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔹 If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

✔ Contact your credit card provider (it may take time for the refund to be processed).

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it will fall under our return policy.
